BM COM announced that Voneus Broadband, one of the largest rural ISPs in the UK, has chosen BM COM Cloud. In this significant move, Voneus selects BM COM Device Management as its preferred TR-069 management solution. The main focus is on the customer-premises equipment, which Voneus deployed across fibre and wireless networks.
BM COM provided Voneus with a strong device management system that supports both FTTP and FWA connectivity. It is clear that, by selecting BM COM Cloud, Voneus gains a platform that includes LAN-based MESH management using XMPP, giving them more flexibility to control network services.
In addition, the BM COM Cloud platform is managed from the Czech Republic. Voneus selects BM COM Device Management because it gives them a reliable, secure, and scalable solution for daily operations. This helps their team provision devices, update firmware, and solve problems faster.
Hal Ponton, Principal Network Architect at Voneus, said: “We are excited to partner with BM COM on this project. With our expansion plans and the launch of our new MESH product, we can give customers a better, more reliable service. BM COM supports our team with tools and knowledge to quickly solve issues and improve customer experience.”
Mark Torrans, Sales Director EMEA at BM COM, added: “We are proud to support Voneus with our TR-069 device management platform. This project supports the fibre rollout in the UK. With XMPP-based MESH management, Voneus now has a future-proof solution that supports growth.”
Finally, this partnership shows BM COM’s strong position in TR-069 and TR-369 device management. By confirming that Voneus selects Device Management Cloud, the company continues to help service providers reduce costs, improve service quality, and deliver better broadband experiences to customers.
