Czech based operator Nordic Telecom today announced it has selected BM COM Cloud services and the Axiros’ Open Device Management solution portfolio to automate broadband service activation, troubleshooting and problem resolution – this to make customer interactions smart, efficient and effective.
Nordic Telecom is a telecommunications operator with its own networks in the 3.7 GHz and 420 MHz bands. Nordic Telecom today serves more than one hundred thousand customers across the group. The complexity and scale of Nordic Telecom’s operations have increased substantially, in line with rapid changes in the marketplace and in the network ecosystem.
Based on BM COM Cloud services Nordic Telecom will be enabled to create, distribute and maintain services that are uncompromisingly focused on end customer needs today but will also evolve to meet the challenges of this dynamic digital marketplace tomorrow.
In a first step, the ecosystem solution will provision and monitor mainly the outdoor LTE CPEs – while xDSL and WiFi network management and analytics is planned to follow in a second phase.
