BM COM has developed mobile application that helps service technicians with maintenance and settings of various product lines using Augmented Reality. By pointing a device on the product, technicians are able to instantly see the functionality of each button and I/O contacs with hints how to operate/setthem. When hints are not enough, there is always up to date manual with relevant section available and possibility to remotely connect for help. Text recognition functionality for reading error messages on the display is also present, thus navigating technician how to fix problems in the real time environment. Although error messages are in English only, the application translates them to different languages.
