This regular service operations are costly and require number of expert technicians familiar with process. Having sophisticated monitoring allows to extend this regular service period as well as to provide better service for the end customers.
Having extensive experience in emergency communication for elevators, we have developed application that allows to monitor elevators online, providing various data that are critical for smooth operation. Since critical part of elevator maintenance is know-how of service people, we have also created Augmented Reality application that allows to repair certain parts of the elevator as well as record maintenance actions for virtually any technician.
